How do I receive website support with Naked Lime?

As a website customer, you will have an entire team of support staff at your fingertips. There are two common ways to get in touch with our website support team, one is by email and the other by phone.

Occasionally, you’ll hear from the same support representative over and over again; however, we do want to offer as timely a response time as possible, so you will have access to the most available support rep when you call or email with your request.

What are some common website requests for which I can reach out to the support team?

Anything! Although, we will say that there are certainly more common requests and questions we field than others.

For example, if you just partnered with another Naked Lime Marketing service and as a perk to that service, you have further integration on your Naked Lime website, we will help facilitate that with you.

Other common requests include adding third party features to your website, such as a vehicle trade-in value tool. These are quite common. For these, we receive the code from either you or the third party directly to place on your website. Additionally, when our customers need assistance putting up new images or pages or specials, we help walk our customers through that process (which is simple!) or assist them with these changes.

When can I reach the website support team?

Our standard office hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm EST, M-F. We have an after-hours support line to assist in real-time any emergency website needs.

Our goal is to serve your request in its fullest within just a few hours of receiving it – completing as many requests same day as possible.

We also highly value transparency (“Naked,” get it?) and are highly communicative so that you know what is going on with your website and when it is going on.
